which stock HS/F to use with S754 A64?

I got two stock CPU HS/F's lying around and need to pick one to slap on my S754 A64 (3000+). Not expecting a crazy OC from either one, but whichever gets me a better result would make me merrier. The A64 one is slightly bigger, heavier and has fins going only in x-direction. The Ph II one is a bit smaller, lighter and got fins in both x and y directions (4 equilateral triangles with fins facing toward the center). Although ideally I could pick up a cheap replacement, this is what I am going to have to make do with. Which one shall it be?

Put on the PhII one. It should have been designed to handle a higher thermal capacity, I would think.
