I just bought 2 1600+ chips from newegg, which one would be the better overclocker?

One is AGOIA0212UPLW
F3817880569

The other one is a AROIA but not sure about specifics(its installed right now but can check later)

Generally, AROIA better or the AGOIA or would I have to test myself to find out? TIA

Gonna run this in an epox 8k5a2 + samsung 2700

They should both be good overclockers, but I'm pretty sure that AROIA is the newer stepping and in general newer = better. If you plan on keeping them both, or are planning on selling one, then you may as well try them both out and see which one does better.

You name names of chips on left... and spec codes next to it. Going from 1-10, 10 being best overclocker.

I believe you find that info on the 3rd line of the chip, first letter.

Chip specs
