Which stepping for an Opteron 144 is best?

I've seen chips with the following stepping:
CAB2E 0546UPMW
and...
CAB2E 0545MPMW

What's the difference in performance? It seems people only care about stepping when referring to Opterons, so I assume it has something to do OCing.....

I'd take the week 46 over a week 45 for sure. Performance is the same - only difference is overclocking.

I see, some of the numbers represent the date it was made....so week 46 is newer than week 45, but how does that affect overclocking? It's just a different production date, not a different chip.....
