Which states does Dell NOT charge sales tax?

I know that there used to be a list of all the states Dell either charged or did not charge sales tax to, but now I can't find it

that's an old list. they put in a few kiosks here in colorado and now charge tax... sigh.

Look up which states have kiosks. Does your state have one? Then you get taxed.

Agreed,... I purchased a 30d from them earlier this year and was taxed. I live in Kansas.

I am pretty sure that Maryland and Virginia get taxed as well. I was thinking about a large purchase from Dell awhile ago and was looking to avoid sales tax so I checked every single state where I knew someone that could possibly receive the item for me. I checked Georgia, Texas, Ohio (mine), Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, and Florida. No dice on any of them. Stupid mall kiosks!
