which speed test should i believe

Tests were done moments apart at the same location. Nobody else was home, no other internet use. Tested on my Lumia 635.

1st its from ookla this test consistently shows lower speed

This test is from Nokia it matches my fios speed more realistically (we have fios 50 up & down)

Its not important but something that has bothered me.

Nokia has an absurdly high packet loss % and pretty high ping. Seems flaky.

Generally I usually take 3 tests and average them out.
Also if on wireless, the radios may not be able to fully handle it

For example my laptop when doing speedtest.net or my isp speedtest usually hits about 65-70 out of my 150 service. Wired it hits it at full speed

I did the speedtest.net from my iphone6, i only got about 43/33
I did the speedof.me from my iphone6, i only got about 42/18

So for phones, they may do a speed test slower that your actual service

No, it shouldn't take more than ~45 seconds on the slowest connections.
