Which soundcard?

I have a MX300 right now, but it doesn't work hardly at all in Win2k. I am looking for a good soundcard that will run in Win2k. I mostly play games and MP3's. Any suggestions?

Sound Blaster? (Value, Platinum, 5.1?)
Philips Acoustic Edge?
Hercules Game Theater XP?
Turtle Beach: Santa Cruz?

Those are the ones that come to mind. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

The Santa Cruz kicks @ss! I also bought a Hurcules FortissimoII for the DVD box, both use a flavor of a Cirrus Logic chip. Both are much better then the SBLive's I use to have. The Philips Siesmic/Acoustic Edge is ok but the drivers suck and the sound pop's every once in awhile in Win2K playing DVD's.

Herc GTXP is cheaper than SB Platinum and the sound quality and everything about it are awesome, although i haven't heard anything else except the santa cruz
