I'm replacing a SB Live!Xgamer. I would like 4 channel support, and would also like to keep the price below $100.

I'm running an AMD Athlon 650 on an Abit KA7 board.

Please give me some ideas, as I'm looking to replace my card today.

Some people are suggesting the Santa Cruz. I have also heard of the Acoustics Edge, but I don't know much about that card.
 
Keep this in mind... I got the sound blaster live 5.1 and i got good sound, but my computer lockes up several times a day.

I heard the Acoustic Edge has some problems with Win2K (might be fixed with current drivers, not sure) so if you are running Win2K, be aware of that.
 
i prefer the sound of the acoustic edge. its qmss technology is very impressive. i also recommend reading the reviews at 3dsoundsurge.com. they are very comprehensive and will provide you with a lot of feedback. if you're running win2k, the latest drivers solve the problems with that OS.
