the ones my mom played when i was little that i randomly here once in a while.
EDIT: the better question is what songs you hear randomly remind you of old video games you played for hours while that song was popular. DMX and others remind me of so many playstation games (particularly syphon filter). And starcraft.

"I just called to say I love you" - Stevie Wonder (I think?)

They used to play it on the radio all the time. I remember my mom tuning that song mid morning whenever I stayed home from school because I was sick (I loved that). That song automatically puts me in a good mood.

"We are the world" - Various

This song made me aware of the existance of Michael Jackson. My dad had a tape with it and he'd play it quite a bit. I particularly remember one time we went downtown to get some Atari 2600 carts. We were heading back home and I was in the back seat, reading the Dig-Dug manual and listening to this song...

I am such a geek....

Sugar Sugar - by the Archies.

It was a 45 record made out of cardboard on the back of my Sugarcrisp cereal box.

I played it on my record player until the needle wore the grooves off the cardboard and couldn't play anymore.

Yes, I'm ancient.
