Which software should I use to tweak a radeon, and which settings give the best quality of picture/performance ballance ?

if I can use someone elses *.reg file that has good tweak I'd apperciate it very much.

I can only get 3000 on the default bench on 3dmark 2k1
I have just o/c the core and mem to 195mh

btw my config is:

duron 700@850
384 mb ram pc133
abit kt7r
sb live! 1024
ati radeon 64mb ddr
