Which software can identify the specs of a 9600?

I can get a very good price on a used card. Is there any software that I can use to identify its specs:

Memory interface: 64 or 128 bit

Core speed

Memory speed

Memory: 128 or 256 MB
 
Where can I find ATiTool? I cannot find it on the ATI web site nor on the installation CD.

Does ATiTool work only with ATI built cards or does it work also with cards built by other ATI card manufacturers such as ASUS?
