Which software can I use to unencrypt a file if I have the .pfx Key?

Okay basically, I have a few encrypted files which I transferred from XP to Vista - and stupidly forgot to unencrypt beforehand.

However, I did manage to grab the XP encryption key and moved it to the Vista machine. I tried a few programs to unlock the files, but the only one that worked was Advanced EFS Data Recovery 4.2.

Problem is the demo version only lets you unlock the first 512 bytes of a file, so it ain't much use - and the full version is a whopping $195.

So my question is whether or not I can unencrypt these files using some built in Vista feature I wasn't aware of, or are there any cheaper solutions for this conundrum?
