My aopen pa256 mx2 (original GF2 MX chipset) has a small fan spinning very fast (5000-6000rpm) and making quite annoying noise.
I'm definitley putting a decent heatink on it, but which one? I prolly have to mod it hmm..
I don't want normal chipset, graphic coolers like orbs because they perform very poorly especially without fans, so I wan.. socket heatink..
What are the things I should be aware of.. like.. what kind of sahpe of heatsink are better suited for this purpose?
Here is the pic of the card.

Try the 55mm Alpha square pin heatsink from www.millisec.com. Should be sufficient, when coupled with ASTE or AATE. A GF2MX doesnt generate much heat when not overclocked anyways.
