Which slots do i install Memory Sticks?

That is my motherboard...I'm buying 2 sticks of 1 GB ram (Ballistix Tracers 6400)

Which slots do i install them in..? Don't i have to install them according to the numbers on the slots??

k..hold up...its not here yet..im just making sure everything is intact because i ordered the motherboard and ram separate
dual channel/single channel.. wich is better on DDR-800 for overclocking?

Single channel might OC better, but that's just not right...if you can run dual channel, you do it!
