Which Skateboard Company has the fire guy/water guy characters?

There is a skateboard company that has stuff sold at Pacific Sunwear (or at least used to). On their skateboards and clothes, etc, they would have a little fire guy, and a little water-drop guy.

I thought it was Independent or Element, but my friend at work says "Hellfire Hardware" and I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Could anyone please confirm the correct company? And maybe point me to where I could get a cool pair of desktop wallpapers?

yeah, i did a search for skateboard company logos and i was looking for names that sounded like some kind of element. when that didn't work, i started clicking through the other names. definitely not the logo i would have thought of for world industries

i don't know anything about skateboard companies and i've never heard of the company before or even seen their logo.
