Which site is usually first to review a new mobo?

I'm paying close attention to the Soyo K7V DRAGON due to a preoccupation of mine with dragons... It's just been posted to their website, and is expected late July early August.

I'm just curious as to whether anyone has a guess as to which site will be reviewing a new board soonest.

Anandtech, Toms Hardware would probably be two of the most likely. Just keep a close eye on the news and if someone else reviews it you'll find out.
