    S478 SiS 655 ATX A L R

I'm clueless which one to pick, I was going to buy the GA-8INXP but people here recomended the SIS655 more. I'm going to be building my first computer pretty soon, so any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Neil.

Hehe.. alrighty, I suppose I can afford it since I was plannin to get the 8INXP (and still get a few pound back). Just didn't want to waste any money incase they are almost the same boards.

Would I still be able to use the 2.4ghz 533mhz for this or is it only 3ghz+ (got confused when reading the spec on the board)..

It should work w/any p4 478s.
More expensive ones come with extra features, raid, 1394, gigabit, etc. If you don't use them, no need to pay more.
Check the borad, and decide what kind of features you will use.
Does it mean the lite version will be around 120USD?

It's dropping fast.
315.00 now.
They must be out of mind.

In other thought, you can buy now w/AMex, and price match in two month?
