Which should I get?

My eyes are getting older and my Nexus 7 is getting to hard to read. I use it for watching shows at the gym while doing cardio, if I'm at the couch watching TV, I use it for comics and bible translations, Facebook, email, etc.

I'm considering a new tablet, a chromebook, or a Surface (least likely though of the three).

I want something with high resolution, that will be fast, and that should be useable for at least 2 years (I've gotten at least 3 years out of my Nexus 7). Oh yeah and at least 9-10"...(no dirty comments please...LOL)...

Has anyone tried one of these? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...RR8032&cm_re=chuwi-_-0EJ-001U-00077-_-Product

I'm a little leery after reading some of the reviews, some people love them, some people hate them...

Im looking to spend around $250 at most and refurbished is okay too...

Thanks for any recommendations...

Maybe look into the 11-13'' 2in1 type laptops. Though I think most of those are $300+ (dell inspirion). Though not something easy to use at the gym.

Tablet wise, I'd look at the 8'' or 10'' Amazon Fire tablets. $229 for the 10''.
