Alright, here's the deal, I'm gonna get a laptop for my grad present. I want to know, in opinion, which is better and/or which should i get. A regular Amd 64 processor for laptops or a Turion 64 processor? thanks so much
The Turon is just a low wattage AMD 64 so really they are one in the same. I would say if somebody else is doin the payin look at the new Ferrari from Asus...
The non-carbon-fiber-super-cool version of the Ferrari is going to be the Acer 5000 series; I believe the 5020 models will have X700 graphics and your choice of Turion processors for a good bit less than $2200.
