Which should I buy?

I have recently decided to build my first system. I had been thinking about getting the Asus A7V133, but today I saw the Iwill KK266 on newegg.com for $115, 2 dollars cheaper than the Asus board. I've heard good things about this board, so which should I go with?
Note: I don't need Raid.

Also, I'll be getting a 750 mhz Duron to start with, and possibly upgrading to maybe a higher clocked Tbird sometime this year. I want to know, are either the Cooler Master EP5-6i11 or Thermaltake Volcano II listed on newegg.com adequate for the job? If so, which is better?

Thanks for any comments.

Edit: Just thought of a question. Might sound stupid, but since the KK266 board has only 2 IDE connectors, does this mean I'll be limited to 2 IDE devices? I am a first timer at this, but I mess with computers a lot, so I have ten dollars riding on my capability to assemble this thing right.

i love both of those boards, the iwill has 2 ide ports, but it supports 4 devices, the asus supports 8 devices

im not familiar with either of the hsf units you mentioned, you might want to go to anandtechs main page and check out the heatsink roundup to get an idea of the performance/noise

and personally if the price dif is only $2 i would get the a7v133 because of the raid.

ok, but I don't need or want raid....and I AM on a budget, and the KK266 has onboard sound....btw, does the KK266 have a way to disable the onboard sound? My old mobo didnt, and I could never get a normal sound card to work
