I have recently decided to build my first system. I had been thinking about getting the Asus A7V133, but today I saw the Iwill KK266 on newegg.com for $115, 2 dollars cheaper than the Asus board. I've heard good things about this board, so which should I go with?
Note: I don't need Raid.
Also, I'll be getting a 750 mhz Duron to start with, and possibly upgrading to maybe a higher clocked Tbird sometime this year. I want to know, are either the Cooler Master EP5-6i11 or Thermaltake Volcano II listed on newegg.com adequate for the job? If so, which is better?
Thanks for any comments.
Edit: Just thought of a question. Might sound stupid, but since the KK266 board has only 2 IDE connectors, does this mean I'll be limited to 2 IDE devices? I am a first timer at this, but I mess with computers a lot, so I have ten dollars riding on my capability to assemble this thing right.
