Which shot do you prefer?

my initial reaction was to like the 2nd one (without the people)

but after further comparison, i like the first

you should photoshop out the yellow buoy things

I like #2 better it just looks cleaner with out the people in the foreground :thumbsup:.

With the way you have them cropped, I'd pick the 1st one. The grass in the 2nd pic isn't well lit, so it's kind of distracting.
Getting rid of the buoys would be better though ;)

i like the first one better...I feel like my eyes focuses on the people first and from there i explore the rest of the photograph-->namely the boats. In the second pic I'm just looking all over thinking of where I should be focusing since each boat wants to capture my attention. For this picture I just can't suck it in all at once, so I appreciate the people acting as an achor for me to explore the rest

uhhh i hope that made sense ;)
