Case Shuttle SD11G5 probably 450 (not in US) SN25P 400
CPU Intel Pentium M 750 230 Athlon64 3000+ 150
Memory DDR2-533 1GB 90 DDR-400 1GB 100
Hard Drive 160GB SATA 120 same 120
DVD DVD+-RW Dual Layer 50 same 50
Graphics Nvidia 6200TC 50 same 50

Which setup is better? Pentium M one or Athlon64 one?

Better for what? You give up some power using a Pentium M SFF, but they run a lot cooler and use less electricity. So in the long run you pay less for ownership. If you want to build a PVR then a Pentium M can have an advantage in the cool running and quiet department. A lot depends if you are a hardcore gamer or just want an average PC, or you want a high end speed demon. It kind of defeats the purpose to purchase a Pentium M system and put a $400.00 video card on it. There is a low power option for AMD processors, but I dont know if they market it for SFF.

A-open makes a few Pentium M models. Not many Pentium M moterboards are sold because they tend to cost more up front. Cheap sells good in the USA. However, Pentium M would run cooler, consume less power, use a smaller power supply and use lower-end cooling products. Less fans can be a good thing. This all equates to lower electric bills, but you are paying the cost up front. This is similar to buying an expensive printer. It will run longer for less money, but it costs more up front.

Pentium M should run cooler and quieter, and less noisy overall.

Athlon64 would probably do better with games and multimedia-type stuff
