Which setting is faster/better overall?

Ive overclocked my processor but now, I would like to focus more towards my ram and would like to know what you guys think is best for my ram. I have the Crucial Ballastix tracer 800 pc6400 4-4-4-12. Thanks guys.

Whichever that lets you use less voltages for the memory and NB.

I agree with Lopri...use the least amount of voltage necessary for stable operation. In the case of memory timings, neither is that significant with Intel chips.

But...given a choice I'd take the two options provided, I'd go with 1:1 at CAS 4 over 5:6 at CAS5.
