set 1 : Asus crosshair v formula z + amd 8350 + Gtx 760 + coolermaster 690 II advanced
set 2 : g990fxa-ud3 + amd 8350 + sapphire R9 290 + seasonic 750 bronze

as for hard gaming , after overclocking both sets , which outperforms the other ?
there is also another option that i could substituted the board , processor in set 1 with z77 board , core i5 3770 or 4670 , does it boost it more ?

if anyone can choose from the any of the above components to form 3rd set better , suggestions are welcomed

You already have a thread for CPU recommendation open. You should stick to that one

yeah its weird, 50% of the topics on this page are now related to 4570vs 8320/50 recommendation. It's like they don't bother to read any other posts. And why would you think 290 vs 760 is even close? 290 is in a completely different class of performance.

some people may just dont have all the time in the world to read plenty of threads ! although i already did read many debates for intel processors vs AMDs , my first choice was 8350 , and as newbie i thought 8350 would match i7 , while 6300 would match i5 , turns out to be just bullshit from lalaland , moreover benchmarks comparisons between them from different sites are just not quite guide , now all i just know is that i want 290 , but i am totally confused about processor choice , when i mentioned hard gaming many recommended intel confirming amd is crappy for games, only amd is considered for video rendering , editing ! i dont know if i need to go for i7 or i5 especially that i wont upgrade so long after this one , and incase i went for intel processor and board would this have compability issue or overclock holding with the amd 290 , i dont know either !

The setup with the 290 will be vastly superior. You should know that, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know this

If not overclocking, i5 + B8x board + 290 is a very solid choice. You can save money by keeping the stock cooler and going with a lower wattage power supply vs the AMD chip.
