Which sensors to look at in MBM4?

Hey all-

I'm trying to measure the temp of the case (ambient) and the CPU temp of my puter with MBM4, althoguh I'm not sure which sensors to select and which correspond with these two readings I'm looking for.

Any help is much appreciated,
