which sata port to install in?

i have an intel bad axe 2

in the manual it does not say which sata ports are 1,2 and so on

three of the sata ports are blue the other one red

i have a raptor, 500gb sata and a sata dvd burner

i want my raptor in 1 500gb in 2 and burner in 3


any1 with this board give me some info please



Edit: N/m i figured out the blue and red ones are the marvell controller ones and the 4 black ones are the intel
