Which Rig for HTPC and Wife?

I'm swapping some stuff around at my place and I am changing my HTPC a little too. I'm building my own wooden case for it so that it looks nice in my ent. ctr.

Here's my dilemma: My wife's current office rig is a Celly-D that runs 3.6 @ default vCore on an SIS mATX board. I also have a TBred B that will do 2.2 or so and I have a Shuttle AK39N for that processor (full ATX, but narrow).

Would it be worth it for me to swap out the wife's stuff to the HTPC? I'm thinking that the Deleron would be a little faster, but the heat issue might come up-it's close to 60 right now in a mid-tower case and my HTPC case is going to be substantially smaller (that's part of the reason for using my mATX board in the first place).

I'm not set yet either way. Please LMK your opinions

I should think without some great air flow layout , the wood box will have that overclocked Deleron system rather toasty. The smaller size of the platform makes it a better alternative for HTPC IMO though, so I guess going with the Deleron and just lowering the clockspedd or using beefier and/or louder cooling would be my choice.
