Which Ram's or Mother Board

Hi all,

I just decided to buy the Amd x4800+. I don't really know about the current Ram's and Motherboards, so I need you help.

Whats the best of each one? If it is possible the Board should be CF/SLI.
Keep in mind that this PC is gonna be used for the Newest Ego-Shooter games like, Bf2, F.E.A.R, Call of Duty 2 etc.
