Which Ram?

I am in the process of building a new system the components are as follows. P4 550 3.4 ghz 800mhz FSB socket 775 on a intel d915pbl motherboard with 2 seagate sata 160gb ncq drives and a ati x700 graphics card. My question is which ram to use? I am looking at 2x 256 kingston pc4200 533mhz latency3-3-3-3 or 2x 256 kingston pc5400 675mhz ram with a 4-4-4-4 latency. Is it better to have ram with less bandwith but faster latency or ram with more bandwith but a slower latency? I would like to eventually have 1gb but dont have the budget right now.
 
And so you imediantly deside it must be highly technical? Wait for a few days, give the thread a bump. But dont spam forums with the same question.
