Which RAM would you get?

I plan on ordering the parts for my new rig just 1 week from now but I'm still uncertain about which RAM to buy

The XMS2 is some good stuff but unfortunately it runs on 1.9 V (which my motherboard doesn't support) and on top of that it's sold out - so I'm looking for something else

If someone could suggest one I'd appreciate it🙂

It looks like Intel tells you which RAM is compatible with that model motherboard, here.

Suggest you find something in your price range compliant with Intel's specs by using the Crucial RAM selector here.

(P.S. I wouldn't squeeze the pennies too much...it's way better to avert lots of potential problems by buying quality RAM)

Sorry to bump again but I realy need to know if the RAM and Motherboard are compatible, I don't understand some of these terms

The motherboard you picked and the memory should work together.

You can look at this: TwinX PDF

You will see a toll free number on the bottom 888-222-4346.
Call them up tell them what you are putting together and they should comfirm that they work together if not then they can point you in the right direction.

Website of the TwinX series

But looking at the supported voltage 1.8V for the MB and the memory is at 1.9V which means some BIOS modifications, maybe. Your best bet would be to call.

I called Corsair, the number worked but unfortunately they are not open on weekends
Sense there is a chance the RAM might not work, the RAM is sold out, and I am ordering in just a week - I"m goint to pass

I changed the name of the topic and the orignal post to a more appopriate question now
