which ram to buy?

I am buying some new ram. However the choices seem to be very vast. I was thinking about getting the Corsair XMS series of ram but there seems like a huge selection. I would like to spend any were between 200 and 240 dollars on two sticks of 512 MB. If anyone can make a recomemdation for the best possible ram i can buy for that money i would appreciate it. Thanks for your help.

If you are going to spend that much I would get this. I bought mine at frys as they where the cheapest. Here is a thread about them. OCZ PC-3200 Gold VX already boasts 2-3-3 timings, but at 3.2 volts the memory is capable of blistering timings of 2-2-2!
