Which RAM to buy DDR2 800 or 1066

It's been a while since I've upgraded. I am stuck in the days of pc133 sdram cas 2 chips.

I am planning to buy an e6300 and asus p5b or p5w. I plan to overclock the FSB as high as I can. I've noticed some 1066 RAM have 5-5-5 timings vs 4-4-4 or better for ddr2 800. Is it worth it to jump to ddr2 1066? How much performance increase is there? (I can't to seem to find it in the anandtech articles.) Is there much real world increase (I don't play games very often). Is it better to spend my money on a faster video card than jumping from 800 to 1066?

Thanks for the help.
