which ram should I use in my asrock dual sata2 mobo?

I have a 512 mb pc 3200 Mushkin ram settings are 2-3-3-6
the I don't know brand 1 gig pc3200 settings are 3-3-3-8

Should I only use the 512 Mushkin in my mobo running xp pro as the timings are faster or use both together but running everything @ the lower speed?

If you can, try the faster. Wont hurt to OC it a bit.
