Which RAM should I buy?

Which RAM should I buy for my computer with Pentium 4 2.8GHz "C" Northwood CPU (with HT Technology and 800MHz FSB) and ASUS P4C800 Deluxe Motherboard? Should I droop mod the board and use the BH-5, VX, TwinMOS UTT, G.Skill UTT, or any other equivalent for that matter to overclock to a guaranteed 260FSB with 2-2-2-5 timings and 3.3-3.5V, or use the TCCD/TCC5-powered OCZ PC-4800 Platinum Edition RAM to overclock my CPU to 300FSB with 2.5-4-4-8 timings and 2.8V? I know AMDs love tighter timings much more than Intels, and Intels love FSB more than AMDs. So, does that mean I should go for either this TCCD/TCC5 RAM or old PC-4000/4400 Gold Hynix RAM (since they both provide extremely high frequencies but no 2-2-2-5 timings)? Let me know because I have to solve this dilemma soon. Thanks.
