Hi is it possible to put pc4000 ddr ram into pc 3200 slots?

I want one of these but cant decide.

I have a dfi nf4 infinity mobo that supports pc 3200 in dual channel. Will the pc4000 i showed fit in it?

I plan on overclocking my 165 to 2.6-2.7 hopefully on air cooling 24/7 and want to know what is my best bet in terms of memory. I originally wanted budget memory but for 20$ more is the performance increase much better?

First, RAM fits by type (DDR vs. DDR2) not speed. Second, faster RAM can make OCing easier, so it could be $20 well spent, if you know what you're doing. Third, required reading for A64 OC'ers just starting out.
