Which RAM goes well with the MSI K8N Neo2 Plat 939?

I've got 2x 256 MB but want to swap to at least 2x 512 MB and I'd like to set the LDT to about 280 MHz. Which RAM would run this @ 1:1 or at least the 200/166 divider on this board and doesn't cost too much?

I run Mushkin Black 512 x 2 at 1:1, but LDT is only 262. Not too sure if it would hit 280 and 1:1
