Which RAM for overclocking Athlon 3000???????????

Decided on Asus A8V with Athlon 3000 and I would like to overclock. I need to know if the value line RAM like these: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=20-145-026&depa=1 or http://www.newegg.com/app/view...=20-146-299&DEPA=0 would work. Would I need something a little more expensive or does this stuff work fine?

Thanks for that link. Lot of good info there. As far as brands go, any big difference between Muskin and Crucial? Both of lifetime warranty but the Crucial has a lot more feedback in newegg.com which should mean it is very popular.

Get whatever's cheaper. Probably no real difference.
