Which RAM for non-overclocking SFF PC?

I suppose I should go with DDR3-1333 since I won't overclock, and I am building in an In-Win BK623 SFF Mt Jade case. About the same price though for DDR3-1600. Does this GSkill 1600 reliably clock down to 1333 at cas8 (which the other set is spec'ed at)?

I plan on getting the Gigabyte H55M-USB3 mobo and i3-530.

11.25 < 12.003 = Faster
