Question Which ram for Mac mini late 2012

I am looking to upgrade ram to 16gb for my Mac mini late 2012. Apple only provides "1600 MHz DDR3" for requirements. I have looked different brands including crucial, Crossair, Samsung and Sk Hynix and the additional specs - latency etc...Can someone suggest a good and dependable brand and features. I have been on eBay as well, but would want to make sure before buying.

Thoughts?
