My rig consists of:

Zalman Z11 Case
GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H
Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge
Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (4 x 4GB)
PNY XLR8 GEFORCE GTX 560TI
4 x Kingston SSDNow V+200 120GB

Im restarting fresh again on my system, and was trying to figure out.

I can either go 1 ssd to my 6Gb/s port and raid 0 the other 3 on the 3Gb/s ports or I can raid all 4 on the 1 6Gb/s port and the 3 on the 3Gb/s port which the 6Gb/s port would go down to a 3Gb/s.
What would be my best bet ?

This is like asking "Which car should I get?"

What do you want your RAID array to do?
What will it be storing?
Is it critical? Will you have synced backups?

i jsut said the options uptop guys im goig raid 0 no matter what, I should of put what raid 0 route should i choose. I went ahead and left a 120 on the sata 3 and put three 120 in raid 0 on the sata 2 so far i was only able to run WIE ( had to go to sleep) and I jumped from a 7.3 on my previous install with only 1 120gb and a 2tb wd hdd to a 7.9 with all ssd's

Why not just one big RAID 0, 2 6Gbps, 2 3Gbps, with the smallest allowed stripe size?
