Which Radeon Tweak Util to use?

Hi, i have a radeon le 32 mb ddr and need a good util to overclock, enable hyperz, set fsaa to disabled, etc... to go with the latest win98 catalyst drivers. Also, is there a util that doesn't take up a taskbar icon or is not too complicated like rage3d tweak.Thank you.
