Performance in the Olympics depends a lot on which countries are willing to spend the most on training. And we have the advantage that everyone wants to live here, so we get some of the best people from all over the world moving here.

Wow, if CBS goes through with this, they've got balls.

It'll be funny if the players are opposite of the stereotypes--The black player will be scrawny and nerdy, the asian player's a bodybuilder, etc.

Their goal is to get ratings. I don't see how that makes them/us uncivilized. 😕
 
If the challenges are extremely diverse, the whites might actually come out on top. All they need is to come in second place every time. Or not, I have no idea how this show works.
 
I have no idea how this survivor is judged (never watched, just heard about it) but statistically whites should be able to win a competition, just because USA has a bigger pool of white ppl, means bigger chance of having better competitor. Or something like that lol 😛 Of course I'm assuming the contestants are picked from the U.S

The way they select contestants is not based on who will be best at the competitions. It's based on who they think the public will be most interested in watching. So it's more about having a mix of personalities.

I'm still taking bets on when Burnett will finally go all the way and make this an actual game of survivor where the last one alive wins.

I like the idea of pitting races against each other. If you're forced to include every race (whether they like it or not) why not segregate them. Everyone likes to avoid direct comparisons of races so this should be refreshing. Not that the results will tell us much.

I have to agree with this statement. Our society already labels people by their ethnicity...but somehow putting it out in the open, and on tv is somehow wrong?
 
I'm guessing the whites and Asians will lose the physical challenges. As for the mental challenges (especially involving math) the Asians have it unless the white people can pay someone else to do it.

BTW this is a horrible idea for the show.
