which PSU?

In preperation for fan controller parts and a new HSF, I went and fitted my current system into a new case, and replaced a couple fans. The PSU was abit hotter than normal w/ the new fan (temporary crappy cybercooler--quieter than most fans, but decent airflow)...that's cool. What wasn't cool was that it started smelling like burnt electronics :Q.
So, a new PSU from SVC (where all the non-fan controller parts are coming from already) will have to do. But which cheap one?
Raidmax 350 (looks like a normal 300w to me, just with "350" stuck on there...)
Powmax dual fan 300 (already made to be pretty quiet...replace one fan w/ L1A and remove other fan...?)
Powmax 400 (looks good, but will it like an L1A?)
(had a couple bad experiences w/ L&C, so staying away from that one)
I'd have preferred getting a Fortron 300 or 350 from newegg, but unplanned as this is, it won't quite fit in the budget.

Machine:
1800+ palo
256MB PC2100
Shuttle AK35GT2 (KT333)
HP 10x CDRW
20GB 7200 WD Caviar
GF4 Ti 4200 at 300/600 (won't do 620 in the summer)
...going to have 4 80mm Panaflo L1As in it.

It's a cheap PSU or a loud system...I want silence. If I get a bit more money sometime soon, I'll get the Fortron 350, a new case and some memory (this Palo Alto case is SKINNY). It will happen, but which of those will be best for now?
I don't have the [spare] money for the Fortron, and had to ax the fan controller stuff to get enough for a $20 PSU from SVC.

DO NOT SKIMP ON THE PSU!!

Forget $20 PSUs forget it now!

You want to get a good PSU or it may cause problems...voltage spikes that fry hardware, low amps on the rails that overload and you get crashes.

Fortron Source Group(FSP) or Sparkle...

The 350w is sufficient for most cases...but there is a 400w if you need more power

I know, but I just want to be able to browse the web and such on my machine for the next few weeks w/o it being LOUD. Shouldn't be that long before I can get around $100 to finish the stuff (Fortron 350w, Evercase e4252, and fan controller), but the fan from that enlight is like a bumble bee (except higher pitched). Took it out and it sounded like a typical cheap system (not silent, but close enough that I know I'll make it w/ the L1As).

Yeah, but it's missing a 3.5" bay cover, floppy clip, and has no way to mount the HD right-side-up. Oh, and it's missing some mobo standoffs. Not as good as I'd like, but free :).
