which psu would be better for me?

I am going to be getting. I was wondering whcih psu would be better for my situation?

a8n-sli
6800gt oc
3500 winchester
1 gig corsair ram
160 gig HDD
nec burner
nec dvd rom
floppy

i think im going to go witht eh first one due to the single rail. anyone have an opinon? thanksg in advance

If you are going to want SLI later on go with the second one.

Isn't the Asus a little power hungry? If so I would go with the single rail.

Of course if you don't want SLI you could get the second one anyway, and put the motherboard and all the other 12V components on one rail, and the Video Card on the other.
