Which PSU should I get?

I just purchased a new case but it came with the standard/sub-standard "Chiefmax" 450 watt. I would like to replace it because I understand that more often than not PSU's that come in the case do not provide "clean", stable power and that they can even damage your components.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what a good one would be?

My specs are:

Athlon XP 3200+
Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
1 GB PC3200 DDR 400 Kingston Hyper X
120 GB Seagate SATA
e-VGA e-GeForce NVidia 6600GT 128MB AGP
DVD ROM
DVD RAM (8X Burner)

Thanks, Jon.

even a 350w antec will be more than powerful enough to power that. i'd go for that.

Meridian Technology's XClio 450 made by Channel Well as most Antecs are. Excellent value. Newegg is about the only place I've found them yet - relatively new brand.

A Seasonic S12-380W should more than power your needs. there is also a 430W version if you wanna be extra cautious.

Seasonic are one of the most quietest and efficient PSU's on the market.
