Which PSU is right for me?

Here's what I'm building. I only need a PSU to begin.

So all I need is a PSU now...the 8800gts 512mb requires 28 amps, correct? Will an earthwatts 500w be good enough?

All of them would be fine. I would go with the cheaper Antec Earthwatts 500W or the Corsair 520HX, which has modular cabling.

Pretty decent unit, only real downside could be that it's not modular. It has 5 year warranty though, and has so much power that it will last you for this and your next rig

The recommended 28A is for the entire system and not just the video card.
