Which PSU is better?

The rails are lower than the original, but still plenty.

There are much better power supplies in the $70.00 - $80.00 range however.

yes, ther TPII is much better. the 12v is what will most concern you and you'll see the 34 to 26 amp adavantage there. also, the tpII has the feedback lines on its rails, which basically reports back to the psu what the mobo is receiving for juice and adjusts accordingly. which results in much more stable rails, which is nice 🙂
