I've heard good things about Fortron, but wonder how it stacks up against the Antec. Would the Antec be worth the extra money? This will be going in a system that will contain:

Nforce2 Ultra MB
2x256 PC3200 Kingston Value RAM
40gb Western Digital Hard Drive
AMD Athlon 2500+ to be running at 3200+ speed
Nvidia GeForce2 32MB (yeah, i know its lame, but it works for now)
Creative Sounblaster Live Value
DVD-ROM Drive
Creative CD-RW Drive

Eventually a Radeon 9700 or equivalent will be added, as well as probably putting in a DVD burner to replace one of the current drives. Also, this computer will get ALOT of usage.

Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks!

If the computer is going to see a LOT of usage like you state, make sure you look at the MTBF rating of the power supplies. This rating is an indicator of durability. For example, the Antec True family is rated to 80,000 hours but the Smart Power (SL family) is only rated to 50,000 hours.

Good luck.

According to Newegg, the Fortron is supposed to be good for 100k at 25 degrees. Hmmm....
