Which PS3 comes with DS3?

I was planning on getting the MGS4 bundle but I soon realized they were damn near impossible to find! So are they any PS3s at the moment that come with Dual Shock 3?
 
The only versions of the PS3 to have the DS3 included are the two MGS4 bundles:

The 80GB version that is almost impossible to find and the MGS4 Limited Edition which sadly is a 40GB version TecHNooB. 🙁
