Which PS to use in new build - Antec Phantom or Antec Greenwatts?

I am building a new rig - Gigabyte DS3, E6600, 8800 GTS (not SLI), 1 HD, 1 CD, 2 gb ram. Nothing too fancy.

I bought the Antec Phantom 500W for my last computer and it has been running fine for close to two years. I just bought the Earthwatts 500W on an impulse with a hot deal for $50 - supposedly this is a rebadged Seasonic 500W - 80+ certified.

Now I noticed the Phantom is selling for $180 now-a-days and the Earthwatts I got for $50. If price is any reflection of quality I should probably use the Phantom in my new build and put the Earthwatts in my old rig. Anyone have any insights into this dilemma?

The Earthwatts may be built by Seasonic (the NeoHE is) but they've cut corners to get to that price.

The Phantom is meh. It never did review very well.

jonny sure did like the Earthwatts http://www.jonnyguru.com/review_details.php?id=51
It only has one cap on the primary side. Normally there are two in parallel.
The secondary side is populated by OST, while certainly better than Fuhjyyu craps, not as
good as the Teapo used in the bargain Enhance units.

The Earthwatts is built by Seasonic to Antec's price point and is not to be placed on the
same level with Seasonic or the PCP&C Silencer or Corsair built by them. These three are
populated with Nipponese capacitiors and that adds abnout $5~$10 per unit cost.
