Which PS should I keep?

Ok here is the deal. I bought a computer from ABS a few months ago and it came with an Enermax 330W PS which crapped out.
When it crapped out I immediately went to Fry's and bought a Antec Smart Power 350W PS for about $60 (I couldn't wait for the RMA process to complete while I was sitting without a computer)...while I was at Fry's I saw an Enermax 350W EG365P-VE Power Supply for about $75, which I decided was too expensive.

Well ABS sent back a new Power Supply, but sent me a better one then I had before. They sent me the very same Enermax one I saw at Fry's.

So here is my dilemma, which Power Supply do I keep? The Enermax EG365P-VE or the Antec Smart Power SL350?

Here are the specs on each:

Enermax (from their Website)

3.3V 50mV ±4% 0.3A / 32A
+5V 50mV ±5% 0.3A / 32A
+12V 120mV ±5% 1.5A / 26A
-5V 50mV ±10% 0A / 1A
-12V 120mV ±10% 0A / 1A
+5Vsb 50mV ±5% 0.1A / 2.2A
+3.3V & +5V 185W
TOTAL O/P 350W

And Antec (from the box)
3.3V 0.5A / 28A
+5V 1.5A / 35A
+12V .8A / 16A
-5V 0A / .5A
-12V 0A / .8A
+5Vsb 0A / 2A
+3.3V & +5V 230W
+3.3V, +5V, +12V 330W
TOTAL O/P 350W

Here are my system specs: AMD Athlon 2000XP, Gigabyte GA7VRX - rev 2.0, GF 4 ti4400, WD 80GB SE, 512 RAM, Audigy, liteon cdrw and dvd, tv tuner...

Thanks!

how about testing both
just put hook it up, and go to bios to see which one gives higher voltages

im thinking enermax is better..

You should be fine using either, but I'm thinking the Enermax's better. The Antec SL350 isn't part of its TruePower series, which are the ones often raved about over here. Their SmartPower series is on the lower end of their product line.
